40 Hz stimulation is being researched for potential benefits in Alzheimer's disease (MIT Tsai Lab). Binaural beats at 40 Hz may promote gamma brainwave activity. Promising but still under investigation.

111 Hz has been measured as a resonant frequency in several ancient megalithic structures. Research by Dr. Ian Cook (UCLA) showed that exposure to 111 Hz shifts brain activity from the left prefrontal cortex to the right, associated with emotional processing and intuition.

The lowest of the extended Solfeggio frequencies. Said to reduce pain and give organs a sense of security. Part of the extended Solfeggio scale. Limited scientific evidence.
